We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We regret that delivery charges are non refundable.
Please return the products in their original packaging with tags and a suitable outer box with protective packaging enclosing a copy of your invoice. Orders should be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note we only send electronic invoice confirmations, therefore you would need to download a copy. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse we therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. We recommend using Royal Mail or My Hermes.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately by email attaching images of the faulty item so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we will refund the costs of postage.
